Franciscan Wheat Beer?

I am a fan of the German hefe weissbier or wheat beers. In discussing it with someone recently they told me about Franziskaner. This is an imported German wheat beer that was named after the Franciscan monastery that was next door to the brewery in Munich in 1363. I guess I'm destined to try in now... Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. -Benjamin Franklin

I was recently in Munchen where after visiting the Beer Museum I got to try the great Franciscan Weissbier and for me it was instant love. I tried this beer and I think it is undoubtedly the best beer I have ever tried and i have tried lots of beer from all over the world. I feel Newcastle is a distant second and Whitbread Best Bitter in third. I highly recommend this beer the taste is great and it has a rich body and is flavorful; It was a real experience.
